6:45–7:00 Arrival
7:00–7:30 Dinner | Parents (Media Center) + Kids (Room 105)
7:30–8:30 General Meeting
🍽️ Dinner provided for families
🧒 Free onsite childcare from our awesome volunteers (Room 105)
📄 Slides will be shared afterward if you can’t attend
