The Montgomery County Council of PTAs is the umbrella PTA organization in the County. The KP PTA is a member of the MCCPTA, and parent volunteers represent KP in monthly meetings.

The MCCPTA addresses all academic and budget issues that arise before the School Board and the County Council.
