5th Grade Activities/Fundraising Letter

Fifth grade parents are asked to make a one-time $30 contribution which provides the following for each 5th grader:

• The 2012 - 2013 KP Yearbook for every 5th Grader - a $17 value
• A T-shirt for every 5th Grade student (worn for the class photo and field trip)
• The End of School Year Party (on a school day - date/time TBD)
• A gift to be given by the class to the school
• The 5th Grade baby picture game
• Snacks for the school-organized trip to Philadelphia (May 9, 2013)*
• The 5th Grade Class Promotion Ceremony (1 p.m., June 13, 2013)
• DJ Dance Party (7 p.m., June 13, 2013)

Note: There will be a subsidy fund for families that cannot afford $30. Please consider a donation to this fund to ensure full participation for all 5th grade activities.
